The situation was strange. I came to the issuing counter with all the documents at the appointed time, but it turned out that no one knew about my reservation. I was just shocked. I contacted the support of the company. They checked everything again, apologized and arranged for me a car in a higher class as an apology. This influenced my positive feedback, of course. I understand everything, but this happened with this company for the first time.
