I was charged an additional fee. I understood this, because less money was returned to me than I thought. Then they explained to me that when the car was returned, new damage was found and therefore a separate invoice was issued. I strongly disagreed with this, because I drove carefully and this simply could not be. I spent a long time figuring out the situation with the company through which I rented the car, and they, in turn, contacted the distributor. In the end, everything was resolved, but the residue remained unpleasant.
